Pregnancy Food Daily Checklist

Stick this in your refrigerator.

This is something I prepared for my wife based on the books I read. Just thought of sharing with others who are not just expecting but expecting a healthy and intelligent baby with the mom's health intact.




Mom ! Please Eat For Me
1. Whole Grain Cereal
2. Yogurt
3. Bananas
4. Pista
5. Cranberry Juice
6. Boiled Eggs
7. Kiwi Fruit
8. Almonds
9. Orange Juice
10. Prunes/Raisins/Dates/Apricots
11. Walnuts
12. Avocado Milkshake
13. Vitamin tablets
